New Patients

First time consultations at our office typically involve front desk check in, intake paperwork, and a subsequent exam with Dr. Cherik.

We will take a look at your overall exam results together, and come up with a plan of action. If Dr. Cherik feels that you may benefit from treatment, we will discuss in detail the specifics of your treatment, and when you can expect to see results. We will also discuss any lifestyle changes that may help you with your goals. As your partner in improving your health, we will be with you every step of the way.

Please bring with you any prior imaging, lab results, or medical records that may be pertinent to your treatment.

If planning to use your health insurance for your visit, it is recommended that you provide us your insurance information before your visit, so that we may verify your eligibility and benefits.
